George Pavlakos

George Pavlakos has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having gained knowledge and expertise from industries such as consulting, banking, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and energy. Since the end of 2023, he has been responsible for Human Resources issues within the Hellenic Public Assets Development Fund Group — covering both the parent company and its subsidiaries, which together employ over 11,000 people. He holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has earned certifications in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and coaching (EMCC). With significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and transformation projects, he believes that HR should operate both human-centered and technically, contributing to the achievement of corporate strategic goals through the enhancement and mobilization of employees.
