Dora Economou
Dora Economou is the Director of the Human Capital Development Division. At SEV, her portfolio includes education-related initiatives, encompassing technical and vocational education, apprenticeships, internships, initial and continuous professional training, in-company training, skills upgrading programs, and their connection to the labor market. Additionally, her responsibilities extend to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality in businesses, as well as addressing migration issues, modern work organization models, and human capital management systems.
She also represents SEV in institutional consultations and committees of the Ministries of Labor & Social Security, Education, Religious Affairs & Sports, and other relevant bodies on matters within her expertise. Furthermore, she participates in related working groups of BusinessEurope.
With over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources sector, she has held executive and consulting roles in multinational and Greek companies, specializing in corporate culture, the creation of modern work environments, human capital systems development, and their digital transformation.
She holds an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick and an MA in Communications Policy Studies from City University.
