Niluka Kavanagh is an experienced business consultant and former leader at KPMG LLP, where she managed high-impact projects for clients such as Lloyds, Mastercard, The London Stock Exchange, and Tesco.

A seasoned entrepreneur, she has founded three businesses, including a tech startup and a global public speaking venture. She is currently the Founder & CEO of ImagineThat – The Business School for Nomadic Entrepreneurs, empowering professionals to build successful, location-independent careers. She also leads The Modern CEO, where she works with executives and companies to develop effective, relatable leadership, build workplace cultures that resonate with younger generations and ensure success in remote and hybrid environments. As a thought leader and speaker, her insights have been published in the World Financial Review, and she has served as a guest lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, Edinburgh University, and Somerville College, Oxford University.
