Marianna Frantzeskou
Marianna Frantzeskou is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive experience in multinational companies. She holds a degree in Economic Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MBA from the Hellenic Open University, and has pursued postgraduate studies in International Political Economy at Panteion University.
Currently, she serves as HR Manager for Eastern Europe at Barilla Hellas, where she plays a strategic role in shaping and implementing HR policies within a multicultural environment. She is also an active member of the Lean In Greece community, co-leading the Women HR Leaders and Working Moms of Athens circles.
As both a mother and a professional, she advocates for work-life balance, promoting initiatives for women’s empowerment and the development of modern HR practices.
