Maria Vathilaki
Maria Vathilaki is the Human Resources Director for EURASIA at Moët Hennessy. She holds a degree in Psychology from the American College of Greece and has successfully completed a three-year blended learning program in Business Management from the Harvard Business Review.
She began her professional career in the banking sector, working in Strategic Planning and Human Resources, before transitioning into the consumer goods industry, where she specialized in commercial departments. In 2004, she joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), where she remained until the end of 2013. During her nine-year tenure, she gained extensive experience across all aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Learning & Development, Recognition & Rewards, and Employee Engagement Programs.
Following her time at Coca-Cola HBC, she joined Creta Farms, where she held the role of HR Business Partner & Performance Management Manager. In 2015, she transitioned into HR consulting, focusing on Project Design & Development, Team Training, and HR Advisory Services. Since September 2017, she has been serving as the Human Resources Director at Parfums Christian Dior Hellas, a subsidiary of the LVMH Group, overseeing a team of 200+ employees. Her responsibilities extend beyond HR, as she also leads the Internal Communications Department and serves as the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) representative for Greece. Additionally, Maria Vathilaki is a certified trainer and assessor for recruitment assessment centers.
