Maria Gonidi

Maria Gonidi is a dynamic and passionate people, culture and transformation expert with more than 20 years experience in the Greek and European market and a proven track record as an HR consultant and professional.

Maria has a long career in HR, advising small and large, Greek and international organizations of diverse industries on a variety of topics from organizational design, cultural transformation and leadership development to post-merger integrations and design/implementation of HR systems and processes. Having worked for years in consulting as a People & Change advisor, she has led and been involved in numerous projects in the banking, shipping, energy, pharma and retail sectors.

Since 2019, she has joined the Coca Cola Company where she is currently the Vice President of People & Culture for Europe Franchise Operations, advancing the future of work, nurturing talent and network teams and driving business transformation through a unique culture proposition
