Dimitra Benou

Dimitra Benou has been in the field of Human Resources Management since 2007, with experience in companies operating in the Banking sector (Marfin Egnatia Bank), the Aviation sector (Olympic Air & Aegean Airlines), the Healthcare sector (Hygeia Hospital), and the FMCG sector (Delta Foods & Goody’s- Everest Group of Companies). Since January 2024, she has held the position of People & Culture Manager at the factory of JTI Xanthi Factory (SEKAP S.A.).

Significant experience in her career includes her contribution to the merger of three banks in 2007 and her involvement in the startup of Olympic companies in 2009. She holds postgraduate degrees, including an EMBA from Plymouth University and International Human Resources Management from Greenwich University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Greenwich University in England.
