Thalia Vouvonikou

Mrs. Thalia Vouvonikou has more than 22 years of experience in the HR field in both Multinational and large Greek organizations with focus in Employee Engagement, Talent Management and positive Employee Relations. During her career, she took the lead in major strategic, culture and change management projects, as part of the Executive Management Team.

Currently, from her role as Head of HR for Greece & Cyprus in Henkel Hellas, she ensures the new culture activation Vision throughout the organization as part of Henkel Global mandate, with major focus in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Business University of Leeds and a BA in Business with Social Sciences from the American College of Greece.
